GENERAL FUNCTION:

Responsible for directing all aspects of the Bancorp branch & ATM network management as well as the Retail analytics function. This includes leading and developing a multi-year strategic distribution plan, annual budgeting, managementreporting,coordination of monthly operating reviews, supplier selection, partner relationships, and business case development for network optimization efforts. Strong collaboration amongst internal and external partners is critical to ensure that siteselection,installation, site (including signage and environmental standards) maintenance, cash management; employee training and customer education activities are performed in a manner that meets strategic, operational, and financial targets.Responsibilities alsoinclude leading Retail line of business analytics and management reporting covering all aspects of the business. This includes identifying revenue growth opportunities within each branch trade area.

While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

.Own, develop, and execute on overall strategy, planning, and execution of the bank's entire branch/ATM networks

.Oversee Retail analytics function that includes branch goal setting, building business cases, owning branch staffing models, identification of revenue growth opportunities via customer and distribution analytics, as well as household andoperationalanalytics

.Ongoing profitability assessment of individual branch/ATM locations that encompasses a holistic physical distribution plan to optimize the deployment of both

.Strong collaboration skills: work closely with key partners and leaders across the organization

.Lead and maintain ATM supplier relationships, pricing, and contract negotiations

.Lead an operating review process that provides timely reporting and proactive insights for strategic direction including reporting of financial performance and customer usage patterns for branches and ATMs

.Collaborate on the development and execution of Multichannel Platform elements of the Bancorp's Omni Channel vision as they relate to ATM and branch functionality

.Compliance with all regulatory and risk mitigation objectives

.Additional responsibilities as required

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

.Minimum of 10 years experience required in retail analytics & distribution planning

.BA/BS degree required; MBA strongly preferred

.Financial services experience preferred

.Proven management of professionals/teams

.Excellent presentation and communication skills

.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

.Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

.Demonstrated strategic ability
