Partners with appropriate Benefits managers to understand requirements and expectations on administrative and operational initiatives and executes solution in timely manner. Perform a variety of administrative functions and services withinBenefitsdepartment.

Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensuresthatactions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
.Collaborate with Benefits leadership to understand, coordinate and manage all logistical needs for a defined set of responsibilities.
.Assists with coordination of Open Enrollment activities, including scheduling of communications, open enrollment events, and material planning
.Assists with monthly bill pay process with vendors to ensure all bills are paid on a timely basis.
.Assists with day-to-day responsibilities for administering the Bank's various benefits programs, including proactive communications, reporting, payment reimbursements, etc.
.May run reports and address employee concerns thru various shared mailboxes, troubleshoot situations and provide resolution.
.Drives project tasks to completion in accordance with the project schedule.
.Make recommendations for improvements, and proposes new approaches based on business need.
.May provide technical support of systems by analyzing, testing, and implementing approved changes according to established procedures and standards.
.Provides operational and administrative support to Benefits department, leverage resources to help meet business needs.
.Collect, analyze and provide periodic reporting of ongoing initiatives.
.Manages multiple projects and tight deadlines, demonstrating flexibility in a fast paced environment.
.Work in a team-oriented setting, utilizing others skills and knowledge, sharing information, and supporting the team.
Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required:
.High School diploma required.
.Requires 2 to 5 years of Human Resources experience.
.Advanced computer skills preferred.
.Ability to coordinate multiple large projects and requests required.
